As one of the core sessions of the forum, Mr. Wu Wei delivered a keynote speech titled “Global RISC-V Ecosystem Progress and RISC-V Prosperity 2036’s 2025 Annual Review”. He pointed out in his speech that the RISC-V ecosystem maintained rapid growth in 2025, and is expected to account for nearly a quarter of the global chip market by 2030, demonstrating enormous development potential. He emphasized in particular that RISC-V Prosperity 2036 has achieved remarkable results in 2025. Launched on Chinese New Year’s Eve 2024, the initiative has attracted dozens of top domestic and international chip and software teams to join. It has played an indispensable leading role in promoting RISC-V ecosystem co-construction and developer training in key fields such as AI, robotics, and automotive.

In the final roundtable discussion session of the forum, Mr. Wu Wei served as the moderator. Together with several guest speakers, he conducted an in-depth and forward-looking exchange themed “Outlook 2026”, focusing on the scientific research challenges, technical bottlenecks and commercial opportunities that RISC-V will face in the next three to five years. The roundtable discussion sparked many innovative ideas, providing important insights for the future development of the industry.
